Position

Accounts and Statutory Filing Executive

Employment options:

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of books of accounts
• GST return preparation and filing
• TDS calculation, payment and return filing
• ESI and PF contribution processing and filing
• Payroll and salary-related accounting
• Bank reconciliation
• Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation
• Accounts receivable and payable monitoring
• Preparation of monthly financial reports
• Coordination with auditors and statutory consultants
• Maintenance of filing records and compliance documents

Required Knowledge

Candidates should have practical working knowledge of:

• GST registration, invoicing and return filing
• TDS deduction, challan payment and quarterly returns
• ESI and EPF monthly compliance
• Payroll processing
• Income-tax-related documentation
• MS Excel and accounting software
• Statutory filing portals

Candidate Profile

• B.Com., M.Com., CA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred
• Previous experience in company accounts and statutory filing
• Good numerical, documentation and communication skills
• Ability to complete filings accurately within statutory deadlines
• Candidates seeking flexible part-time work may also apply
