TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. This Delivery Challan records the movement and delivery of goods. It does not replace a GST Tax Invoice wherever a Tax Invoice is legally required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The customer or authorised receiver must verify the product name, shade, batch number, pack size, quantity and condition of the goods at the time of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Signing or acknowledging this challan confirms receipt of the goods, subject to any shortage or visible damage specifically recorded on the challan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Shortage, leakage, transit damage or incorrect supply must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs and challan details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Tinted, customised or specially manufactured paints cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect or supply error is confirmed by Thirumurugan Paints Pvt. Ltd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Actual colour may vary depending on the surface, primer, application method, number of coats, lighting and screen display. A trial patch must be approved before bulk application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Products must be stored in tightly closed original containers, away from direct sunlight, heat, rain, moisture and ignition sources. Follow the product label, Technical Data Sheet and Safety Data Sheet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Standard unopened products may be returned only with prior written approval and in accordance with the company\u2019s applicable return and refund policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. The customer is responsible for providing safe access and suitable arrangements for unloading at the delivery location unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. The corresponding Tax Invoice, purchase order and agreed commercial terms shall prevail in the event of any difference.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
