03. TKP App வானவில் படை – Youth Network

The Rainbow Warriors programme will involve trained young people in franchisee sales and service development. It may include management trainees, chemistry and technology graduates, digital-media learners, local sales trainees and interested youth recommended by franchisees.

Purpose

Learn, serve and grow

  • Build employable sales, digital and technical skills.
  • Give franchisees energetic local-market support.
  • Create a future talent pool for TKP and its franchisees.
  • Promote professional, ethical and customer-friendly service.
Local deployment

One network around every franchisee

  • Nominate one or two trained Rainbow Warriors per area.
  • Work under the App Team and franchisee’s authorised representative.
  • Follow an approved activity calendar and reporting system.
  • Use TKP identity only after induction and authorisation.

Rainbow Warrior activities

  • Conduct local customer and market surveys.
  • Register painters, contractors and project leads.
  • Assist with product demonstrations and events.
  • Create approved photographs, reels and local posts.
  • Help customers access catalogues and place enquiries.
  • Support franchisees with basic software and online orders.

  • Escalate technical complaints to qualified TKP personnel.

Youth engagement standard: Every participant must receive written role clarity, induction, product and safety training, identity authorisation, supervision, travel arrangements and a transparent stipend/incentive policy. Field activity must be safe, lawful and respectful; technical claims, discounts and complaint settlements require authorised approval.

  • Franchisee locator and PIN-code check
  • Cart, payment, GST invoice and order tracking
  • WhatsApp enquiry, TDS/SDS downloads and complaints

  • Maintain uniform approved pricing
  • Credit the sale or approved service margin
